You may freely use all available credits in your active subscription, provided you do not exceed one request every 2 seconds. Automated or abusive use of the service is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 User Content

By submitting any content to the Site or generating any content on it, you grant TGS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.

9.2 Use of Results

The results generated by the Site may be freely used by users, provided they are not used for illegal actions, academic fraud or other prohibited activities mentioned in these Terms.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

10.1 Subscription Types

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. In all cases:

  • Every month, the customer (with an active subscription) has their credits renewed.
  • Credits are not cumulative from month to month.
  • The user can manage their subscription, canceling it at any time. In this case, the user can use their credits until the end of the contracted period, and at the end of the period, no further charges will be made.
  • If the customer does not cancel their subscription, by the nature of subscription payments, a new charge will be made at the end of the contracted plan period at the new plan rate.

11. Membership, Billing and Payment

11.1 Membership Details:

You can view and manage your membership details by signing in to your account and navigating to the "Manage Membership" in the user navbar button at the top right of the site.

11.2 Billing

When you start your membership, you authorize us to charge the membership fee to your provided payment method. This fee will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your membership.

If your membership starts on a day that doesn't exist in a subsequent month (e.g., January 31), the billing will occur on the last day of that month (e.g., February 28).

11.3 Billing Adjustments and Payment Terms

You acknowledge that the amount billed each billing period may vary due to changes in your membership plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly for these varying amounts.

11.4 Ongoing Membership

Your membership will automatically renew each billing period until you cancel it. Make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

11.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time, effective immediately, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used periods.

11.6 Refund Policy

Payments are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used periods. We may update fees and charges from time to time, but you will receive advance notice via email. If you need to update your payment method, such as when your credit card expires, you can do so through your Account management page.

11.7 Payments and Online Payment Processors

Your payments will be managed through specific online payment service providers, referred to as "Online Payment Processors." These processors enable you to make secure payments using credit cards or PayPal. While we may select or change these processors at our discretion, it's important to note that we are not affiliated with them, and they operate independently without any employment or agency relationship with us.

As such, we are not liable for their actions or any issues that may arise in their performance. Using these processors is at your own risk, and you must adhere to their terms of service and privacy policies. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with transactions made through these processors.
